1. Shipping policy

Orders placed Monday to Friday before our shipping cut-off time of 3pm ET will be shipped the same day. All orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

All orders are processed 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from receipt of your order confirmation email.

2. Shipping time frame

You can expect to receive your order within 5-15 business days from the time your order is completed. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

3. Transport fee

We strive to ensure fair and transparent shipping costs. The shipment’s weight, size and destination are used to determine shipping charges. You can check and select shipping options with associated shipping costs during checkout.

4. How do I check my order status?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

5. Damage?

We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept delivery and contact Highlandmint so we can help you make arrangements.

If you reject your order or any part thereof without our permission, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
